1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products (bubble tea), Bubble Synth generally does not accept returns. However, we understand that issues may arise where a product may not meet your expectations. In such cases, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order if there are any concerns about the product you received.
2. Refunds
Once we receive your complaint, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the issue.
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
3. Exchanges
Given the perishable nature of our product, we do not offer exchanges. However, if you believe your product was defective or compromised upon delivery, please contact us. We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, send a replacement product.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
